LiDAR
Most of SEQ has now been captured with LiDAR.  The gap area is the upper Brisbane River catchment, SEQ's main water supply and storage basin.  LiDAR is available on request either from SEQ Catchments or from the Qld Government.  
The most recent acquisition was for the Lockyer Catchment, one of the major food growing regions for Qld that was affected by the 2011 and 2013 flood events.
